Complete our short form below to tell us what you are looking for. We will then be in touch to confirm our understanding and set up the design process. When we agree the spec and budget we ask for a £250 payment to carry out our design work and source your diamonds or other gemstones.

We send you full details of your design to approve. This includes a CAD drawing, diamond/gemstone specs and images/video. You are able to review and approve the design by email or whatsapp. If you are not happy with any aspects of the design we will make updates for you. 

Once you have approved your design and made payment we start work on producing the jewellery for you. This can take between one and six weeks depending on the complexity of the designs and how many orders we are working on. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

We carry out a full pre-delivery inspection of your jewellery and ship it to you in our custom packaging. Your parcel is discreetly packaged and fully insured during delivery for peace of mind. You will need to sign on delivery. If there is a problem with the size, we will resize it for you for free.
