What Are Lab Grown Diamonds?Lab grown diamonds are unique and exactly the same as natural mined diamonds. Each diamond is grown from a "seed" diamond and develops in its own unique way. Each of our diamonds or other gemstones is certified in the same way as mined diamonds, rating its qualities. These diamonds are produced in a laboratory with state-of-the-art technology replicating the natural diamond formation process. Moreover, they are conflict-free, making them the perfect choice for environmentally conscious individuals looking for ethical options.

What are your opening hours and where are you based? As an online business we operate 24 hours a day. Our contact options are monitored from 9:30am to 6:30pm - Monday to Sunday. Our Registered and Trading Office is: Unit 3AB / 66CS, 34-35 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8DX
-
What happens if I order the wrong size?No need to worry! Determining the correct ring size can be challenging, especially when planning a surprise proposal. To alleviate any sizing concerns, your initial resize is complimentary if you return the ring within 30 days. The resizing process typically takes around 10-15 working days from the date we receive your item. It's important to be aware that specific designs, like full-set diamond eternity rings, are not resizable. In such cases, they will either be exchanged or remade to ensure a perfect fit. We suggest requesting a ring sizer or going to the local jewellery store and having your finger measured there.
-
Do you deliver to an address that is different to my billing address? If you wish to arrange the delivery of your item to an alternate address (other than the stated billing address), we will be more than happy to help. How Are Lab Grown Diamonds Different From Cubic Zirconia Or Moissanite?Although cubic zirconia and moissanite might resemble diamonds, they are, in fact, distinct from real diamonds. Cubic zirconia is a lab made gemstone produced from zirconium dioxide, while moissanite is a natural mineral. In contrast, lab created diamonds are real diamonds with the same physical and chemical features as natural mined diamonds.

How Do I Know If A Lab Grown Diamond Is Of High Quality?Like natural diamonds, lab grown diamonds are also evaluated based on the 4Cs established by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA): carat weight, color, clarity, and cut. For your peace of mind, all our diamonds above 0.5ct come with an official IGI certificate. Carat Weight - The term carat weight pertains to the mass of a diamond, where one carat is equivalent to 0.2 grams. Color - The color grading system spans from D (colorless) to Z light yellow or brown hues). The grades increase in value as they go higher. Clarity - Diamond clarity indicates the level of imperfections or inclusions, both internally and externally. Cut - "Cut" refers to a diamond's symmetry, proportions, and polish, which greatly influence its brilliance. For larger diamonds, an almost colorless or colorless hue, exceptional clarity, and a precise cut is recommended to achieve the best possible shine.
