Please note:

• All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation that was provided with the purchase.
• Earrings can not be returned for hygiene reasons , neither can bespoke items or rings that have been engraved.
• Returns without the lab-grown diamond certificate (where applicable) are subject to a £150 replacement fee for each missing card.

Consequently, the term "eye-clean" is employed to characterize the clarity of a diamond. Few buyers wish to observe visible inclusions in their diamonds. Hence, eye-clean establishes a standard for acceptable clarity, particularly for those without specific diamond knowledge.
